Vladimir Mayakovsky, Marc Chagall, Wassily Kandinsky, David Burliuk, Velimir Khlebnikov, Vladimir Tatlin and many others. They were called hooligans and brawlers from art, and they were looking for a new form for a new life. They changed everything from painting and architecture to advertising and music. It was a challenge to the whole world, a rebellion and an attempt to create a man of the future. That is why today's young people should talk about the most revolutionary trend in art. They try on the roles of avant-garde artists, evaluate situations and facts, looking into the past from the 21st century.

More than a quarter of a century has passed since the collapse of the Soviet Union. We still feel the contradictory echoes of this process and, probably, we will feel it for a long time to come. There is little left that still unites the former citizens of the former empire. And this is not least Soviet food, an absolutely unique socio-cultural phenomenon of Soviet history and Soviet life.

Vertov, the founder of the Kino-Eye or Kino-Oko, a group of fighters for pure documentary cinema, had to overcome seven obstacles to make and show this amazing film. For example, Lilya Brik, having decided to make her debut in the cinema, borrowed the idea of the film "A Man with a Movie Camera" and launched with a parallel project "Glass Eye". In the film you will see a newsreel with Dziga Vetrov, the best shots from his paintings, as well as excerpts from the film Lily Brik.

The liquidation of the JAC, the execution of its activists, and the campaign against the "rootless cosmopolitans" form a new state anti-Semitism. The death of Stalin will cancel the massacre, but the former official Russian-Jewish harmony under socialism will no longer be restored. Popularly known superstars have not diminished: Botvinnik is the main chess player, Raikin is the main comedian, Plisetskaya is the main ballerina, Galich and Vysotsky are the main bards, many famous names in various fields, from nuclear physics to light music. But Jews have ceased to be co-authors of Russian communism. And they are no longer allowed into politics, and they themselves are especially actively engaged in "anti-Soviet activities." Without the Jews, the shadow economy is unimaginable, or rather “illegal business”, for which death sentences have been handed down since the early 1960s. And from the middle of the decade, the dissident movement begins to shake the system; the grandchildren of Jewish revolutionaries bring into it the same ardor and fearlessness that their grandfathers did in the overthrow of tsarism. Allowing Jewish emigration in the 1970s makes nationality a means of rejecting socialism and will prove to be a more frequent reason for leaving than the opportunity to reverse one's Russian assimilation. Finally, the collapse of the USSR will put an end to the "Jewish question" in the form in which the last Soviet generations found it.
