The authors of the film-investigation set a goal to find out the true reasons for the murder of the legendary hero of the Civil War Grigory Kotovsky. For many years, well-known historians and descendants of the red general have been trying to understand who benefited from Kotovsky's death, which was always presented solely as a result of a domestic conflict? The general was killed in 1925, allegedly at a friendly party. He was shot not just by a comrade-in-arms, but by a man who owes a lot to him. Perhaps the origins of the tragedy should be sought in the criminal past of Kotovsky himself. On the other hand, the killer could have been pushed to this step by those who were directly interested in eliminating the popular but absolutely uncontrollable hero of the Civil War from political life.

Anna Politkovskaya was killed for doing her job. Her job was to say what she thought. Marina Goldovskaya filmed dialogues with Anna for twenty years. This is not a film about politics. This is a film about a brave, honest and beautiful woman whose voice was too loud for a country that did not want to hear the truth.

Lost and disoriented in the alien environment, the children start attending a circus school run by 60-year-old Hanspeter Kurtzhals. This helps them learn German and make friends in Germany. And the story of Hanspeter himself plunges the director into the past and forces him to go in search of circus actress Carmen, from whom only a few photographs of 30 years ago remain. In search of Carmen, who spends the night in a new place every week, cannot read or write, does not have an account in social networks and a permanent phone number, the director traveled 500 kilometers, visited four cities and five federal states of Germany, at a fair, in a stable, in in a beer tent, in a gypsy camp, I heard a dozen incredible stories and drew a large family tree.

The truck driver Valerka and his partner were instructed to drive a fifty-ton transformer from St. Petersburg to Moscow.
