The day came when their beloved peaceful teaching job became life-threatening for them and their students. This short documentary tells the stories of three resilient Ukrainian headteachers who continue fighting for education and their children's future under hostile occupation. It was directed and produced by Ukrainian independent filmmaker Marina Chankova with the support of Amnesty International. The film was shot in 2024 in the de-occupied Ukrainian territories.
