Oleg Kirillov is the coach of the intuitive football team. It's hard to believe, but his wards are members of the national team of the Republic of Belarus in mini-football among the blind. Each of them was on the field for different reasons, but today they have a common task to maintain their status as champions in the national competition. Kirillov himself grew up in a disabled family and knows well how to communicate with his wards. He is not only a mentor, but also a friend of each of the athletes. An important element of the film is the work with sound, it completely restores the natural sound environment for the players, in which they are guided by the noise made by the ball and the clear instructions of the coach.

The narrative of the film is based on the destiny of the floristry pavilion of the former VDNKh and its long-time employee, Valentyna Voronina, who dedicated her life to supporting this centre. Suddenly, she faces unexpected changes. After forty-five years of work, she is asked to retire. Voronina opposes this decision because she believes that the plants will perish without her. At the same time, a group of mysterious radioestesists finds a powerful channel of positive energy near the pavilion entrance.

The film tells about a man who spent his whole life to achieve his goal, but now he is not sure of the correctness of his path.

Such children in Ukraine are born 5-6 per year. Nobody knows the exact numbers. Every second person dies as a baby. Their skin is as fragile as butterfly wings. This disease is incurable. But with proper care, they can live. The most important thing for a child is a stable, reliable mother. A child can have any state of pain, wounds, and the mother should be there, like a rock. And then the child feels the strength that his mother loves him, and in any sick state, with cries, or more calm, mother is always there.

The young man plans to lead his own political party and find the love of his life, but for now he randomly moves from one end of Moscow to the other, starting conversations with random passers-by. One of them will call him a “smeared contradiction”, seeing in Kolya not just a strange guy, but almost a whole generation.

In the seemingly simple fate of the heroine of the film, Vera, there is a whole tangle of social, national, demographic and other problems of our difficult time.

Russia, France, Morocco, Mali, Cameroon, Namibia, Ethiopia, Botswana. The film, created on the basis of numerous research expeditions to Africa, shows the micro-civilizations of African tribes, gradually disappearing under the pressure of the development of modern civilization.

Such a Russia, where men walk around in embroidered shirts, women in sundresses weed gardens, working among pineapples, so that the bathhouse is melted with coconut peel, and alcohol is made from mango or papaya. Do not rush to say no, because this is exactly the kind of Russia Sergei Yastrzhembsky and his team discovered in the tropics of Bolivia.

A story about the life of an ordinary Ukrainian village, with its sorrows and joys. A story about the simple life of rural people who think little about the past and future, but live in the present here and now, doing specific everyday affairs, slowly adapting to the changes coming from the outside world.

This film is a challenge to the civilized world, which is unable to stop the bloody ivory business. This is an accusation of the inefficiency of many non-governmental organizations involved in the conservation of rare endangered species of plants and animals, but in fact they are inactive. This film is an exposure of the corruption that is eating away at the African continent.

The film tells about a short period in the life of a talented person, musician, poet, who once studied as a director, who cannot overcome his weaknesses and always balances on the edge.

Yuri Afanasevich, or simply Afanasich, as everyone calls him, is 77 years old. He lives in the Irkutsk region. For twenty years, every winter, Afanasich goes to the taiga and spends three or four months there. His task is to catch wolves with the help of traps. So he protects not only deer and roe deer, but also domestic animals. In recent years, wolf packs manage to eat entire herds of livestock during the winter. Afanasich is a loner. He knows everything about wolves. And, it seems, the wolves already smell the approach of Afanasich by smell. As soon as he appears in one of his taiga temporary houses, the wolves leave. “In order to fight wolves, you have to be a bit of a wolf yourself,” Afanasich believes.

This short film-portrait is the debut of the author, a student at VGIK in the workshop of Boris Yakovlevich Karadzhev and Efim Ilyich Reznikov. The film was created as part of my studies.

The author's series by Andrey Loshak tells how the Internet, nicknamed "Runet", appeared in Russia and how it changed over time. The development of the Runet reflected all the social and political changes in Russian society: complete freedom in the 90s, rapid economic growth in the 2000s, and the introduction of censorship and prohibitive laws in the 10s. For the last 7 years, the state has been actively trying to take the Runet under control.
