Mes

Mes is an experimental documentary film that unfolds as an auto-portrait - not through exposition, but through presence and process. Two musicians retreat into the forest with their equipment, attempting to make music outside of stage and audience. However, music itself soon recedes into the background, giving way to conversations, silence, uncertainty, and reflection.

The forest ceases to be a backdrop and becomes a mirror for internal states, where sound, speech, and stillness coexist without hierarchy. As improvisation dissolves into introspection, the film becomes less about musical performance and more about the act of being - unguarded, unfinished, and untranslatable.

Mes does not offer answers; it offers a felt space - a place where form is dissolved and freedom is momentarily encountered.
