200 - 300 thousand years ago, on the banks of the river, which today is called Kama, the ancestors of mammoths and elephants roamed. Nowadays, fishermen have found the remains of the bones of these animals in the landslides of the steep Kama coast. The film tells how the discovery of the remains of the trogontherian elephant by Permian paleontologists became the center of social initiative of the inhabitants of nearby villages, villages and even the regional capital.
