"To be or not to be" – this sacred phrase is familiar to many from their school days. And the moment comes when a student has to make a personal choice: to be or not to be an artist. What attracts them – the profession itself or the lifestyle associated with it? What is an artist? In the first film, we observed the acting students of the VGIK faculty. Four years have passed since their admission, and in the second film, we revisit these questions as the students, during rehearsals for their diploma performances, evaluate their journey in acting mastery.
