This artist is an image created by showman and parodist Boris Shishkarev. Shishkarev, not immediately understood by the Russian public, has been working for many years in a kind of mask. Boris began his career with covers of Pugacheva's songs, but now he has his own repertoire. Boris (Alla Brown), an ardent patriot of his homeland, and apparently not fully aware of his not very safe position in modern Russian reality. After all, in fact, Alla Brown is a drag artist, and the current policy of Russia is aimed at preserving ""traditional values"", and recognizes the LGBT community as a terrorist organization. The film "She Saw Stars" is a slice of life film, in which, using the method of direct observation of the hero, two parts of Boris's life are demonstrated - the stage and life outside it.
