François Dembele was born in Africa and since childhood dreamed of being a scientist, living in the Soviet Union, a small paradise, as it seemed from the depths of the sandy continent. The dream came true half. Instead of a Soviet passport, there is a Russian one; instead of a scientific laboratory, there is a tram depot. But François has no regrets. He believes that the main thing in life is the formation of the soul.
