Does terror exist in the form of an aggressive metaphor of the present in relation to the past that has already taken place? The action of the film takes place in the ancient city of Tutaev, divided by the Volga River into two halves and until 1918 was called Romanov-Borisoglebsk. In the unique reserve "Park of the USSR", behind a high lattice fence, several dozen specimens of landscape gardening sculpture of the 1930s, collected in the exclusion zone, live their own special lives. Separate sculptures and compositions, busts of leaders and writers play out a real drama with the time and place in which they find themselves.
