The 4 key protagonists, Russian speaking Berliners with mental diagnoses (depression, personality disorder, bulimia and PTSD) are filming themselves on their phone cameras, registering their everyday life, they are helped along the way by a qualified professional therapist that they meet at the end of each episode. The project aims to remove the stigma from the people with mental health diagnoses.
