The film will tell about modern slavery on behalf of the only Russian organization that carries out mass rescue missions both within the country and abroad. The Alternative Foundation was founded by entrepreneur and human rights activist Oleg Melnikov in 2011. During the existence of the Foundation, its members have saved more than 1,500 people. Despite the objective fact of enslavement, most of the cases do not have corpus delicti, which is why many victims remain enslaved, and slave owners continue to be free.
