Folk groups bring to the viewer a piece of the national spirit, preserving and passing on from generation to generation the indigenous traditions, the origins of folk art. During its half-century history, more than one hundred residents of the city have passed through the Raduga folk dance group. And, of course, most of them will have the warmest memories of rehearsals and performances. Galina Petrovna Shershen is the founder of the ensemble and its fiery motor, core and pillar, around her, as in a round dance, everything revolves, boils and works.
