An aggressive and wild dog, Kapa, is admitted to a rehabilitation center. At the first meeting, she bites the instructor's hand through the muzzle. Seeing the deplorable state of the dog, the owner of the center, Olya, personally takes charge of its upbringing. The love and care of a person collides with the mistrust, fear and aggression of a dog. Step by step Olya tries to gain the dog's trust, suffering failures and risking her health. Months pass and the ice between Olya and Kapa finally begins to melt.
