A film about a youth glider school founded in 1977 by Valery Rytsarev, from which many pilots, test pilots, engineers and designers have graduated. The film is about how today's boys overcome difficulties, learn nobility and courage. About how they get wings, how they learn the joy of flying, about how they learn not only to control gliders, but also to control their own will.
