Film-biography of Max Levintas, who devoted himself entirely to such a favorite thing as karate. Back in the distant seventies of the last century, he was among the first then in the USSR to receive the official title of karate coach. After that, this sport was banned in the country and how Levintas literally "punched" his favorite sport in the armed forces in order to spread the skill of martial arts in order to strengthen the defense capability of the Russian army.
