In the USSR of the seventies, the glory of the ensemble and its leader Vladimir Mulyavin was simply phenomenal. Their songs were sung by the whole country. Working in Belarus, "Pesnyary" avoided the undue attention of the censors and did not participate in the clan struggle. All this helped Mulyavin to create a unique ensemble, where each performer was not only a professional, but also a bright personality.
