The story of the feat of the Soviet settlers, who 75 years ago from all over the country went to restore the newly formed Kaliningrad region (part of the former East Prussia). The film is based on interviews with the first settlers who moved to the post-war Kaliningrad region at a young age. Their memories are built into a unique history of the formation and development of the region.
