At the age of 21, Vasily Vlasov became the youngest parliamentarian in the Russian Duma. With his self-confidence, he could become a new, fresh voice in Parliament. But Vasily's ideals are rooted in the past, sitting at the table in his kitchen, he explains that women should obey their husbands and learn more modest professions, such as being nurses or teachers at school. His friend Katya, who is the same age as Vasily and has her own political ambitions, listens with a smile.
