Andrei Mironov was my Virgil. Andrei has stayed with me, not only physically, hell of the darkest human soul territories, producing a light when it was possible to understand, by turning it off when he felt it impossible to go beyond human comprehension. Andrei Mironov was killed in Sloviansk, Saturday, May 24, 2014, together with the Italian photojournalist Andy Rocchelli as they documented the armed conflict in Eastern Ukraine. Our video diary opens just reliving firsthand the how, where and when I learned their tragic death.
