It is a story about the largest city beyond the Arctic Circle presented by the international team of artists and researchers. The key features of subcultures, non-obvious touristic routes, migration process and hidden layers of the past, present and future of Murmansk emerge through the prism of alternative artistic tools. In search of a new northern identity, the Russian-Dutch group of artists put together a controversial portrait of a post-Soviet Arctic city, giving the city's residents an opportunity to outspeak.
