The events of 1968 affected the lives and destinies of all citizens of the then Czechoslovakia. After the hopes of the Prague Spring came disappointment, the tanks of the Warsaw Pact armies. This morning, Wednesday, August 21, most of the citizens were in shock, no one knew what would happen in the next five minutes, hours, days. Director Yana Gadkova explores the tragic and important role played by the city of Liberec in this emotional documentary.
