Lullaby

"Lullaby" is a documentary about family, memory, and the deep bonds between generations of women in my family. Set in my grandparents' house in a village in Eastern Belarus, it focuses on my mother, who now lives there, and her sisters, who often visit. After moving to Germany in 2021, this film has become my way of staying connected to my childhood and my homeland.

The film captures quiet moments and meaningful conversations, showing the strength and connection between these women. The house itself reflects our family's history, standing as a symbol of the love passed down through generations.

Through the film, I rediscover the lullabies of my youth and reflect on the emotions and memories shaped by the women in my life. "Lullaby" is a gentle look at family, memory, and the lasting power of love in the place we call home.
