After all, he was friends with Shchelokov, the all-powerful Minister of the Interior of the Brezhnev era. And here is the “execution” article, bribery on an especially large scale. Allegedly, the head of the Union State Circus imposed a tribute on all circus artists. He accepted valuable gifts and money from them in exchange for foreign tours. During searches in the apartment and at the dacha of Kolevatov, valuables were seized for an unimaginable amount of two million rubles at that time. To take out all these "material evidence" investigators needed a truck.
