In Moscow, a couple is in the midst of a divorce. Their unwanted and unloved son endures the situation in silence, until the day he disappears on his way home from school... Overly critical of the conformist, consumerist, and individualist middle-class, Andreï Zviagintsev’s fifth feature film is also a dark portrait of Putin's Russia. This documentary, shot for the most part in Moscow with the protagonists of the film, will tell about its genesis and how demanding was its making.
