In 2004 after the collapse of the Moscow Transvaal Park unscheduled inspections of water parks and swimming pools swept across the country. The Dolphin pool in the town of Chusovoy in the Perm Territory was no exception. On December 4, 2005, the Moscow tragedy was repeated in Dolphin. On a weekend during classes over the pool, the roof collapsed and people died: 10 children and four adults.
