Years have passed, life has changed, and the miraculously preserved old film footage of family newsreel helps us return to the past, which is not always fun. "Private Chronicles. Monologue "" is not just a portrait of time. The hero of the film is a "typical representative", "average type", a person born on April 11, 1961, with whom we live the first steps, the first school years, the first love, the first sexual experience, the first betrayals and the first insights, until 1986, when what some call the beginning, others the end began in the USSR.
