The film tells about modern Iran, which has been under sanctions for more than 40 years, about the attitude of the people of Iran towards Russia and America, Putin and Trump. Through conversations with local residents, Iran's path from the Islamic Revolution to the present day is traced. For the filmmakers, many things in Iran turned out to be completely unexpected and at odds with the picture that is painted by the Russian state media. The main question of the film is whether Russia should take the same path that Iran has been following for more than 40 years?
