On December 25, 2014, when flying to the Khmeimim base in Syria, the famous military ensemble named after V.I. Alexandrova. Thousands of musicians, opera singers, dancers, students of conservatories and music schools from all over the country are responding to the call to revive the unique collective. The film follows how, literally in a month of non-stop rehearsals, discordant recruits merge into the monolithic might of an army choir, which has been called "singing weapons" since Soviet times.
