A master boatmaker lives in a remote village, far from any bodies of water. Through his museum, he immerses visitors in the colorful world of his imagination. Yet his wife and daily life keep bringing him back from the “seas” to reality.

A graduating student is creating a diploma ballet, attempting a fresh approach to working with the actors. Time is running out, and the mentor keeps sending notes on what has already been done. The actors are willing to rehearse longer and more frequently to finish in time for the final presentation.
