In the small town of Tarusa, the protagonist lives in a workshop with his dog, an old labrador named Shanti. But suddenly the dog stops walking. A lot of different feelings rise up inside the protagonist. Hope, struggle for the opportunity to teach Shanti to walk again and at the same time despair, anger and fatigue. Dreams of travel, which were previously difficult to reach, become even more vague. But still, the protagonist runs the risk of accepting difficulties and going to the festival and taking Shanti with him.
