The film tells the stories of Yakut children during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The protagonists are residents of the Tattinsky region of Yakutia, who during the war were from 6 to 14 years old. In the film, through artistic drawings and animation, their life is recreated in the deep rear, thousands of kilometers from the front line. In small Yakut villages, these children survived the war, suffered from hunger, cold, worked on an equal basis with adults and saw the death of loved ones. This film is a tribute and gratitude to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War and the home front, the children of the war, their heroic work was done in the name of peace on earth.
