The film is dedicated to the legendary Admiral Igor Vladimirovich Kasatonov, thanks to whom the Black Sea Fleet was preserved as part of the armed forces of the Russian Federation. Kasatonov was the last to be awarded the title of admiral and commander of the fleet by the President of the USSR.
