Music journalist Rudaks, looking back at 30 years of the legendary Latvian punk rock band Inokentijs Marpls, comes to a realization that, even though they are all approaching their 50th birthday, neither he or his friends from the band feel truly grown up. Punk rocker Dambis has to come up with money for his mortgage, bass guitarist Skrips has been involved in a lengthy litigation that puts him at risk of 15-year prison sentence, and Rudaks himself has been drinking since early age, and now has to come clean about his alcoholism. Will the forever-loyal doggy Gnat and the infinite love of their parents save these middle-aged boys once again?
