On April 28, 2017, a certain Frontier ran along Malaya Znamenka. An invisible line that divided the 26-year history of the public museum and the Center of the Roerichs into two parts before and after. In the past, there were world recognition, traveling exhibitions in Russia and abroad, international scientific conferences, publication of books and magazines. In the present, there is a museum destroyed by the state and the lack of access to the Roerichs' heritage.

"Preservation of cultural monuments during hostilities as the first step towards world peace." These words were first heard in the ancient capital of West Flanders, Bruges, more than 70 years ago. The idea of the International Pact and the Banner of Peace was proposed by the artist and traveler, historian and philosopher Nikolai Konstantinovich Roerich. Perhaps, under a different set of circumstances, the Roerich Pact could change the entire course of the history of the 20th century.

At the end of the 20th century, on the eve of the change of millennia, children began to be born en masse on Earth with a new, higher level of consciousness and unusual abilities.
