In Tatarstan, the city of the future Innopolis is being built; its official opening took place in 2015. This is the first city built in Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union. The best IT specialists come there from all over the country to create a new community of people. But the service personnel of the city are ordinary residents of neighboring villages, Hollow Carrots and Eastern Star. What is this neighborhood of the new world and the old world? Maybe, despite the apparent differences, these worlds are essentially identical?
