The film introduces former townspeople, businessmen who changed their habitual way of life and became peasants. Rural life restored their internal harmony, but revealed the consequences of the influence of the global economy, invisible to urban residents, among them food dependence, loss of arable land, eco-catastrophe, banking bondage. Together with the village priest, each of the protagonists is looking for his own way of reviving his native land and everyone understands that it is already "later than we think." Does farming have a future?
