This story took place in December 2017. A young woman during an urgent delivery of twins and a caesarean section suffered a large blood loss, which was the cause of stress-induced life-threatening cardiomyopathy, contractile dysfunction of the heart (Takotsubo syndrome). During the first day, the patient was transferred from the maternity hospital in an extremely serious condition to one of the on-duty hospitals in the city. She suffered four episodes of clinical death and there is practically no hope for life anymore, her heart stops beating. Due to a combination of circumstances, the doctors of the city hospital, where the patient is located, seek help from the clinic of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
