In the summer of 2022, the director leaves Moscow for Georgia. She films her journey with a small, hand-held camera, capturing memories of her journey. Because she doesn't know if she'll ever return to these places again. She has only one suitcase, a dog, and so many hopes.
But a nagging fear haunts her as she leaves the city: military vehicles on the highway shock her, and police officers at the border fill her with genuine anxiety. A sign reading "25 km to Luhansk" becomes the point where she decides: these diary experiences must become a film.
In Georgia, wine, the roads of Kakheti, and an attempt to start anew await her.
But in 2025, life takes another sharp turn.
