At the heart of this film is filming the life of rooted Russians in China. The survey was carried out by the author in Three Rivers, on the territory of Northern Manchuria, between the rivers Khaul, Derbul and Gan, during field research in this region in 2007-2015. The film tells about the history and culture of the Chinese Russians of Three Rivers. These people have preserved to this day the celebration of Easter, the Ascension, the Trinity, the way of life and the customs of their Russian ancestors who emigrated to China from Eastern Transbaikalia.
