Rodion is an opera singer. He gives concerts for lovers of organ music in an ancient temple. After the performance, he hurries home to the village: four small children, a peasant farm, a corn field, which got into the habit of a cunning bear, mockingly bypassing a trap. The whole life of this man is a natural balance of nature and music. One day the balance is broken. Lying in a hospital bed, he listens to Pavarotti and whispers: “God!”

More than twenty years ago, the war ended in Abkhazia. But the shadows wandering in the corridors of the republican psycho-neurological hospital still remind of its consequences. Sometimes it begins to seem that the shadows are us. The monochrome picture of their world sometimes conveys much more meaning than we can perceive.
