An amazing road movie and sort of a logbook. "Kruzenshtern", which was filmed for two years, is a film observation of the cadets of the Baltic Fishing Fleet Academy during their first training voyage aboard the sailing vessel "Kruzenshtern". Its route runs along the Baltic, then the English Channel, along the seas-oceans up to the port of Santa Cruz de Terenife at exotic latitudes. Through mistrust, doubts, the emerging maritime brotherhood and love for the sea.
