At the end of June 2019, a flood occurred in the city of Tulun (Siberia, Irkutsk region). Hundreds of houses were flooded and some were swept away by the current. The residents were not ready for such a scale of the disaster and managed to pick up only the documents, take out the children in their cars. Many remained on the roofs of their houses to protect property from marauders. But the water level rose higher than expected and people evacuated on their boats, took their neighbors, later rescuers joined the evacuation. Among the population there are dead. The authors of the film chose four families and watched their lives for six months from the moment of the disaster. How helpless is a person before the elements? How to find the strength in yourself to start life from scratch?
