The film is about the long-term relationship between the director and the character of her first film, the French indie artist, musician and director Siegfried, known as Sig. The story is dedicated to the experience of growing up, emancipation and finding their own identity in life and in art. The film raises questions about the nature of the student-teacher relationship, which inevitably involves submission and conflict, and the nature of the director and hero relationship, which is based on love and a little manipulation.

Perm cardiac surgeon Sergey Sukhanov, who has performed more than 15,000 open heart surgeries in his career, has always considered human life and health to be the most important values ​​on earth. He managed to prove that the Perm Territory needed its own cardio industry, and in the mid-2000s a modern Cardio Center was to appear there. The state allocated significant funds for its construction, but the commissioning of the Center was constantly delayed. Tired of fighting with regional officials, Professor Sukhanov continued to work in a two-hundred-year-old mansion that housed an old hospital. At the end of 2011, Sukhanov unexpectedly received an offer from the Kremlin to head Vladimir Putin's campaign headquarters.

The protagonist of the film, a doctor in a district polyclinic and part-time creator of the promotional label BEZ Promo, cannot choose what to connect his future with, with medicine, or with organizing parties in Moscow clubs. Both seem to him an important mission. Both are serving people.

Having escaped from the psychiatric hospital, where he was locked up with a life-long diagnosis of "incapacity", Andrei ended up in another madhouse, the capital. Without documents and a roof over his head, he is looking for ways to regain the right to a free life. Now his route is offices of officials and endless psychiatric examinations. The goal is to restore capacity.
