The film is an observation of the lives and love stories of four characters. Vadim, the local "Don Juan", breaks girls' hearts, but suffers from deep loneliness. Tanya dreams of marrying her lover and defends her love from rivals. The young girl Olya, whose attention many guys are looking for, becomes the object of universal censure and harassment. Denis cannot choose between two girls in love with him. The film takes place in a small town in Belarus, Bobruisk. All the heroes are forced to go to the leisure center for people with disabilities every day. Disabilities in all of a very mild form, genetic or mental in nature. However, they spend whole days in this center, because, in fact, they have nothing else to do, they can neither find a job nor get an education.

Yuri and Alexander are veterans of the Afghan war. For many years they have been celebrating Victory Day together.
