Jane was born in St. Petersburg, lives in Moscow, works as a model. Her father moved to Russia from Ghana when he was 20 years old. Listening to her father's stories, Jane always wanted to visit her homeland. She had never been to Africa, never seen her relatives, including her grandmother and aunt. Suddenly, Jane learns that her aunt will become the chief of a region in Ghana and decides to travel to Accra to attend the inauguration of the leader and meet her family.

A movie about a little woman in a foreign city - Italian actress in search for happiness in Moscow. She wants to become a screen actress, but cannot find a job, wants to conquer the theatrical scene, but could not get rid of accent, wants to get married, but has no luck in love... The film is about love, loneliness, faith, dream clashes with reality, self-perception of foreigners in the Russian space.
