The young priest Vladimir Mironov leads a parish on the border of countries, continents and dates at the junction of different cultures and ways. In the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker of the Petropavlovsk and Kamchatka Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church in the village of Nikolskoye, Aleutsky District, Kamchatka Territory. The only functioning temple on the Commander Islands is the easternmost in Russia.

Northwestern Siberia, Russia. The little Khanty girl Katerina observes and tries to understand the world around her. She studies the voices of people, animals and all things.
