In Kazakhstan, in the Tien-Shan mountains, near the huge Tuyuksu glacier at a height of 3500m, there is one of the oldest glaciological stations. A Lithuanian scientist, glaciologist Aushra, has been living and working in it for thirty years. The film tells the story of loneliness on a harsh, charming beauty of a glacier.
