The rally in support of Alexei Navalny was initially called for in the center of Moscow, on Lubyanskaya Square, but the authorities blocked all approaches to it. Then some of the demonstrators went to the Matrosskaya Tishina pre-trial detention center, where Navalny was. The police hunted them, cutting off individual groups and using force. Over one and a half thousand people were detained. Two days later, on February 2, the court changed Navalny's suspended sentence to a real one - two years and eight months in prison. On the same evening new protests began.

This documentary is a collage of stories about the challenges of life at the crossroads of eras, where the traditional nomadic culture of Mongolia meets the all-pervasive globalization of the 21st century. Through a close up on the daily life of several characters, both in provinces of Mongolia and its capital city Ulan Bator, we can see through their eyes how the centuries-old traditions of the former empire, the memory of the great ancestors, and modern social transformations are trying to co-exist in the globalized world of today.

ANTHILL is a portrait of a giant garage located in the largest Soviet blockhouse area of Tallinn. Here 700 garage box owners form an extraordinary men’s club and vary from those who just keep their cars to those who adapt their boxes for living. The complex is a unique biosphere with the existence of private saunas, a restaurant, an animal clinic and other artifacts of life stuck in time 20 years back.

The film tells about ancient rituals and traditions, original rituals that were used during weddings and matchmaking. Evening on the eve of the wedding in the village of the Pskov region. Black and white photographs and stories of old ladies on one side; living rituals, traditions that have survived to this day on the other. The picture is dedicated to a Russian wedding, but in fact it is about a moment, about a girl's state of expectation of happiness.

The material for the film was a unique photograph of the Kexholm regiment, taken in 1903. A photographic plate 65 by 110 cm (more than 1000 people in the frame) made it possible to clearly reproduce both entire groups and individual faces of soldiers. All filmed in one shot. The counterpoint to the image is fragments of letters and memoirs of soldiers and officers of the pre-revolutionary army. At all times, for the Russian soldier, the main principles were love for the Motherland, loyalty to the oath, and sacrifice.

But she can also be safely called a politician of the XXI century: Galina Starovoitova spoke about the most important current problems of our society, ahead of her time by several decades.

However, the father of the children does not agree with this state of affairs. He decides to write a letter to the presidential administration, demanding that the children be returned to him.

A descendant of the princes Meshchersky, publisher Evgeny Meshchersky returns with his family to a family nest in the Moscow region, hoping to at least partially restore the once magnificent, but now completely collapsed, dilapidated estate and create a museum exposition there.
